How to stand out without screaming at your customer.

Despite their dominance in the furniture industry, Ashley Furniture Homestores faced tough challenges in the St. Louis market. They needed more than price-driven promo ads and “screamin’ deals” to stand out.

We created the fictional “Furniturama” to call out the competition—including their holiday deals, imaginary markups, and inflatable purple gorillas—showing that a brand-focused campaign could create long term value. Store traffic increased year-over- year at Ashley, helping them achieve combined sales of over $61 million and a spot in the top 15% of the nationwide franchise network.
